Can't we create quote, quotelineitem and quote pdf in one context(in vf page), because it is showing error for me. Is it possible to do or not?

Hi All
I created vf page  to display tree view of single object which is having self Look up Relationship,
but i am unable to display third level records
i.e
     A
          -a1
               -a1-1
     B
          -b1
               -b1-1

a1-1 and b1-1 records are not displaying in proper order and some records are not coming at all for third level
for this how should i query and also i need to display records dynamically  upto n levels not for 3 levels.

Please help me
