while creating close date formula field iam getting this error what's wrong ??
 

i  have created 10 users with available User License availlable in developer edition..later i have created a custom profile and i want to add these users to custom profile,  to achieve this i am editing a user but iam unable to find custom profile which i have created..how to achieve this??

i have created  10 users with available profiles like chatter user with Standard Platform User and w Force.com - Free User some other available profiles with Dev edition! now i have created a custom profile Standard Employee . i  need to add those users i created to these profile..how i need to completer this task??
