Hello,
I am creating home page for our SDRs. Our SDRs don't own leads but they get assigned as SDR owner - (SDR owner is a custom lookup field. )

On their home page, how can I display the list of Leads they are the SDR owner ? what kind of lightning component can I use and how do I use it. 
I use My Leads list  view for the sales reps who is the owner of the Leads.

Do you have any idea on how to obtain the Cloak of Adventure sweatshirt after completing 5 badges on trailheads?

I haven't received any email address or notification about the completion after I had received 5 new badges on my profile. 

The sweetshirt looks really cool and I want to get it :D  Ty
