Stuck on Step 7 in the Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist. I do not have the option to schedule the report for Monday at 8 am.

I'm sure there is a really simple answer for this but I can't figure it out! I only have the options of 1am, 4am and 10pm when trying to schedule the report. There are no other reports scheduled to run in the org so I am not sure why I am limited to only those options. Anyone else run into this?
