Hi I have activated relate one contact to Multiple Accounts. Now I would like to add a Validation/Trigger to stop adding duplicate Contacts (lest sat Same First Name and Last name) as a Direct or Indirect contacts to that account. How can we achieve this?

Hi , I have a question on Duplicate Record set. Trying to sent an Email notification using immediate workflow rule on new record create but looks like workflow rules are not triggering when a new Duplicate record set is created. Also tried updating a checkbox using trigger on this object but still workflow is not executing, what am I doing wrong?

I have a questions. I have user A who can view User B contacts with a specific stage. This is achieved using sharing rules making Contact as a private in OWD.

Now my requirement is, though User A can view User B's record i want to restrict User A's reports to show only the records User A owns. Basically User A should not have an option to run reports on the records User B Owns.

Please let me know your suggestions.

Hi Team, I have a queston on Global Search , as per our business process when a User search with an Account Name, it should only display the account and NOT related Contacts. Currently when we do a Global Search with Account Name,its displaying related contacts of that Account as well. 

Please let me know how we can fix this?

As we know, there is a limited number of custom field per object, even with Unlimited Edition as metioned here: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=limits_general.htm&language=en_US
So, i would like to know if there is a way to have unlimited additional values per object? Could we consider to create a custom object that has something like a list of addtional attributes?
Any idea is highly appreciated.
