If an SSO-enabled user clicks on the "Forgot your Password?" link on the salesforce.com login page, they should receive an email with link to reset thier password and When they click on the link they will be taken to a page with a notice that states, "Passwords cannot be reset for Single Sign-On Users. Please contact your System Administrator to reset your password."
But when they click on the Forgot your password they are taken to a page and ask them to answer a security question (which they never setup)!! need help to understand why?
Need help to understand how to have attachments in comstomer community.
When single sign on users are trying to reset their password, they are not getting an email or a message displayed like below. This is making the user confused as they are waiting for an email.

"Passwords cannot be reset for Single Sign-On Users. Please contact your System Administrator to reset your password."

How can I display the above message when a user request reset password?
