We use Infor VISUAL MANUFACTURING (VMFG) and want to push our data from that to Salesforce. How do we do that?

Tried to Install WRIKE integration and it failed.  We use WRIKE a lot as a company, and are new to Salesforce. I  sent an email to support and I guess we aren't "premium" so they won't help and told me to come here.
