In the Install Marketing Cloud Connect and Configure Salesforce CRM under the Modify Contact Page Layout section, the Note refers to the Lead Page Layouts- whereas it should be the Contact Page Layouts. See below:

When you’ve completed all configuration steps and are ready to deploy Marketing Cloud Connect to your users, repeat these steps for all of the Lead Contact page layouts that are assigned to users who plan to use Marketing Cloud Connect.
