Looking for more in depth SF developer courses.  Any recommendations others have found helpful?

Need to have the 'Replace existing Lead Source with the value from this lead' checkbox default to being checked when converting a lead.  Did something similar on the page prior by creating a custom Convert button to ensure the 'Do not create a new opportunity upon conversion" checkbox was auto checked.  Not sure if anyone else has done this.  Thank you!
