Hi all,

I have a problem with this challenge :

Create a Queueable Apex class that inserts the same Contact for each Account for a specific state. Write unit tests that achieve 100% code coverage for the class.
Create an Apex class called 'AddPrimaryContact' that implements the Queueable interface.
Create a constructor for the class that accepts as its first argument a Contact sObject and a second argument as a string for the State abbreviation.
The execute method must query for a maximum of 200 Accounts with the BillingState specified by the State abbreviation passed into the constructor and insert the Contact sObject record associated to each Account. Look at the sObject clone() method.
Create an Apex test class called 'AddPrimaryContactTest'.
In the test class, insert 50 Account records for BillingState "NY" and 50 Account records for BillingState "CA". Create an instance of the AddPrimaryContact class, enqueue the job and assert that a Contact record was inserted for each of the 50 Accounts with the BillingState of "CA".
The unit tests must cover all lines of code included in the AddPrimaryContact class, resulting in 100% code coverage.
Run your test class at least once (via 'Run All' tests the Developer Console) before attempting to verify this challenge.

I haven't 100% for my test class.

@isTest
 public class AddPrimaryContactTest {

     @isTest static void TestList(){
         List<Account> Teste = new List <Account>();
         for(Integer i=0;i<50;i++){

             Teste.add(new Account(BillingState = 'CA', name = 'Test'+i));
         }
             for(Integer j=0;j<50;j++){

             Teste.add(new Account(BillingState = 'NY', name = 'Test'+j));

         }
         insert Teste;
         Contact co = new Contact();
          String state = 'CA';
     AddPrimaryContact apc = new AddPrimaryContact(co, state);
	Test.startTest();
	System.enqueueJob(apc);
     Test.stopTest();
         for (Account t:Teste){
             if( t.BillingState == 'CA'){

             	System.assertEquals(1, t.Number_of_contacts__c);

         }
         }
}
 }

public class AddPrimaryContact implements Queueable{
    private Contact c;
    private String state;
    public  AddPrimaryContact(Contact c, String state){
        this.c = c;
        this.state = state;

    }
     public void execute(QueueableContext context) {
        List<Account> ListAccount = [SELECT ID, Name FROM ACCOUNT WHERE BillingState = :state LIMIT 200];
         for (Account l:ListAccount){
             for (Contact co:l.Contacts){

                 c = co.clone(false,false,false,false);
                 insert c;
             }

             }

         }

}

Anyone can help me please?
Thanks!
Hello All,
I have completed this challenge.

1-For this first you need to create a helper formula field(type-percent)
Percent Completed :
(DATEVALUE( CreatedDate ) - CloseDate )/100

2- Then you need to create the actual formula field (type- text) by using the helper formula field.
Opportunity Progress :

IF( Percent_Completed__c <=25,"Early",
IF(Percent_Completed__c <=75,"Middle",
"Late"))

Thanks,
Nida

I was solving this challenge and my VF code is:

<apex:page standardController="Account" recordSetVar="Accounts" >
    <apex:pageblock>
        <apex:repeat var="a" value="{!Accounts}" rendered="true"  id="account_list">
            <li>
                <apex:outputLink value="https://ap1.salesforce.com/{!a.ID}" >
                    <apex:outputText value="{!a.Name}"/>
                </apex:outputLink>
            </li>
        </apex:repeat>
    </apex:pageblock>
</apex:page>

I am getting the list of accounts as required and on clicking on any of the accouts, it redirects to that accounts detail page.
Still I am getting following error from trailhead:

"The page does not bind to the record ID value (in order to link to the record detail page)"
hi
i am new to salesforce platform.
Install a simple Apex class, write unit tests that achieve 100% code coverage for the class, and run your Apex tests.The Apex class to test is called 'VerifyDate', and the code is available here. Copy and paste this class into your Developer Edition via the Developer Console.
'VerifyDate' is a class which tests if a date is within a proper range, and if not will return a date that occurs at the end of the month within the range.
The unit tests must be in a separate test class called 'TestVerifyDate'.
The unit tests must cover scenarios for all lines of code included in the Apex class, resulting in 100% code coverage.
Run your test class at least once (via the Developer Console) before attempting to verify this challenge.

In the above challege i am not able to write a 'TestVerifyDate' class. I dont unsertstand how to write it for a date.
plz help..
The challenge as follows:

For purposes of local regulation new customers must be approved by the legal team.

When an Account has the value of 'Prospect' in the Type field, a user will click the 'Submit for Approval' button to launch an approval process. The process will only happen if Type is 'Prospect' and there are more than 500 employees. Upon entry of the process, Type will become 'Pending' and be locked. If approved, Type will be set to 'Customer' and be unlocked. If not approved, Type will be set back to 'Prospect' and will be unlocked.

The Account object's Type field must have the following picklist values: Prospect, Customer, Pending. Before creating the approval process, verify the values in your Account object setup
The approval process name must be 'Approve New Account'.
When user click 'Submit for Approval', the approval must be processed if the Type field is set to 'Prospect' and the value of Employees is greater than 500.
Upon entering the approval process, set the Type field to 'Pending' and lock the record.
Normally the approver would be someone else. In this instance, assign yourself to be the approver.
If approved, set the Type field to 'Customer' and unlock the record.
If not approved, set the Type field back to 'Prospect', and unlock the record.

I am getting error message: Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, missing required field: [nextApproverIds]: [nextApproverIds]

This are the steps I did:

Created approval process called Approve New Account
Criteria Account Type field equals Prospect and Account Employees field greater than 500
Final Approval Actions - Update Type field to Customer
Final Rejection Actions - Update Type field to Prospect

What am I missing that I received the error message?  Please help.

Thanks.
Hi,
 I'm confusing where to post my Questions whether in Success Community or developer forums.

And we can post Ideas and Connect to user groups etc..  from Success Community. Where as posting questions how they differ.

What is the main difference and which is having best visibility  to get solutions.

Someone please help

Hello.  I have seen a couple of related posts - but none of them seem to address my specific issue.

I have added an actionRegion around an inputField.  The behavior works as desired - but the label of the inputField ("Region Label")  disappears.  I have tried to add the label via OutputLabel - but the desired "Region Label" now appears ABOVE the inputField picklist instead of immediately to the left of it.

Can anyone suggest where I am going wrong?

Thanks in advance.

<apex:actionRegion >
  <apex:outputLabel value="Region Label" for="RegPickList">
    <apex:inputField value="{!xxx.CustomerRegion__c}" id="RegPickList" required="true">
      <apex:actionSupport event="onchange" rerender="RegionDetailPanel"/>
    </apex:inputField></apex:outputLabel>
</apex:actionRegion>
