Hello,
I have an external object and I want to make custom field clickable to the record instead of the salesforce standard name field. I found out lot of alternates like creating a formula field and making it clickable. But, the issue here is external objects are not provided with the flexibility of creating a formula fields. 
Please let me know your thoughts and any solutions.

We are using a booking tool which creates a event in salesforce and blocks a calendar in outlook and also we have salesforce for Outlook which is now synced with outlook for all the events which blocks the calendar in Outlook . Now , the issue here is i am getting duplicate events created in outlook from the booking tool and also from salesforce for outlook .
Is there any solution for this issue ?
