Copy Create Case Comment Button "New" to Additional Button at top of Case Detail

Hi.  I am trying to create a new custom button which functions the same way as the Create Case Comment Button.  Anyone have the code to create this button?

Validation Rule: Dont allow specific values in a muliti picklist to be chosen together.

I have a multi pick list which has A, B, C, D.  I never want my users to be able to select A & B togher.  Stuck on this rule and cant get it to work.
