Error completing unit "Customize How Records Get Approved with Approvals" in "Process Automation" trailhead module.

I've completed the challenge, but after the check the system returns the following message "Looks like something went wrong, please try again later". Is anyone facing the same problem? What should I do to debug the problem? TIA
