The exercises under "Customize the Highlights Panel" do not work.  It says click Edit next to Case Layout, but there are no layouts named "Case Layout" but there are several others with different names.  I tried this for each one.  When you try to do step 4., "Add the Contact Email and Case Origin fields...", these fields either do not exist in the choice of fields, or they are grayed out and cannot be used.  Therefore I am stuck at this exercise and cannot continue.

In the module, "Approve Records from a Chatter Feed", when creating an Approval process, you cannot complete the exercise because the user "Allison Wheeler" does not exist.  The user needs to first be created before they can be added as an approved, otherwise you cannot continue with the exercise or save the Approval Process.
