I created an additional field to help me achieve the above goal but looks like I'm missing something and would like you to take a look.

The flow is a follows:
Note: the "Billiable Budget Field = 100,000" is a preset field where the deductions will take place.
When a user creats a CER (eg CER Type = IT, subtype = Strategic, Total = 20000)
a) I used a formula to deduct the "Total field" from the "Billable budget field" which is now the "Budget Field CER = 80000"

Now when a another user creates a another CER, on the new CER page, I want the "Billable Budget Field = 80000 
And the deduction will happen again depending on the new Total field. This I want to automate but when i created a new CER, the "Billable Budget Field was blank.
How do I extract docs from a salesforce custom report. I have a custom report amd I want to extract all the docs in each records in that report. Kindly assist.

Please I am trying to build a time trigger and workflow to fire an email allert based on a custom field expiration date and renew the record as well. I have an Auto-Renew checkbox which users will check when they create an agreement, if that agreement will be auto-renewed at the end of the date on the END DATE field, using the term number on the agreement term field. I know this is complicated I will be more than happy to provide more clarifacation. Thanks in advance

I am migrating data from one salesforce org to another. Can any one tell me how do I migrate Attachments?

I used the file exporter to download the attachments from the source org but while uploading attachments to the new org

I got the error "Error Converting value to correct data type"

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
