Hi, I need to access the AppExchange for a test on Trailhead but after resetting the password for my Trailhead sandbox it won't accept it. I copied the username from my user page and everything matches. Is there a reason why this would happen?

Unable to install Lightning Adoption Tracker: Reports and Dashboards
I am stuck at the last challenge of admin for beginners.

I followed all instructions for private browsing but it is trying to install the app on my real production org. I cannot figure out how to install the package on my trailhead playground. 
Can anyone help??
