"Promot  to article" option is not showing up in Chatter question's reply in community.When i am clicking on Circled arrow i am getting only EDIT,DELETE,Company Verify and DownVote options.



Can anyone help on this please?

After this how we can convert the best answer in to a knowledge article.

I am new to lightning.Can anyone help me to learn lightning via Examples with the basics and then implementations.
