Hi I was doing Lightning Experience rollout specialist and for challenge i no 6.got below error.so i tried with new DE astill its giving me error as below mentioned.
"Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: BNRZGDYZ"  

Email-To-Case: When Customer sends an email for enquiry, case is getting created in Salesforce but in the Case description there is no email content which customer has sent. Also it is not getting captured under Emails section and Activity History. 

Any idea why this is happening ?

Has anyone worked on an Batch Class which converts leads. If yes please send me sample code

Hi, 
I cannot find the gear icon in Trailhead.  I am new and working on the suggestion box project.  The very first step asks me to click on the gear button, then click on setup.  I am working in Chrome and have the latest version of the browser.
