Tooling API Error:Unauthorized (401) - [{"message":"Session expired or invalid","errorCode":"INVALID_SESSION_ID"}]

I am receiving this error when I am using the Magic Mover for the Lightning Conversion.

Tooling API Error:Unauthorized (401) - [{"message":"Session expired or invalid","errorCode":"INVALID_SESSION_ID"}] 

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
