We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us with some immediate projects, as well as build a relationship for ongoing support and development. We use Salesforce for ~80% of our business operations, and will need continual support in the coming months.

 

We currently have a few projects needing immediate attention including:

  • Partner Portal Implementation
  • Cleaning up profiles and roles
  • Updating and Configuring existing Adobe Flex within Salesforce
  • Updating fields so they are shown on multiple objects
  • Setting up validation rules and requirements (not just basic validation rules- we need some coding)
  • Updates to an existing page layout (fields, custom buttons, custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, etc)

We are a charitable trust looking for a contractor to implement an online events booking system in Wordpress which pushes some data to a Salesforce database. End users span two categories - those who are not tracked in our Salesforce database, and those who are tracked as Accounts in our Salesforce database. Additional light work is required to refine some errors in our Salesforce database.

Job Description

 

The Salesforce.com Administrator is responsible for leading   the scoping, ongoing administration of and training on applications in American Credit Acceptance’s database of record, implemented on the Salesforce.com platform.  The database is currently used by American Credit Acceptance manage   all sales within the organization.  Position is located at the company headquarters in Spartanburg, SC.

 

Responsibilities

  •   Administration
    • Manage  American Credit Acceptance’s database of record,   implemented on the Salesforce.com platform, for all organization users
    • Perform basic administration of  American Credit   Acceptance’s Salesforce.com instance
    • Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
    • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of   users
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously   monitor data quality and integrity
  •   Training and Documentation
    • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for   database users, keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing   training sessions worldwide
    • Develop and communicate a schedule for future database   releases/enhancements

UNIT4 Agresso, a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendor, uses SalesForce.com (Enterprise Edition) as its CRM solution for sales and marketing in North America.  UNIT4 Agresso sells software, professional services and maintenance and support services.  We now need to customize our implementation to include a new area of functionality:  sales commission calculation, tracking and reporting.  In addition, the integration between SalesForce and Outlook is no longer working and we have not been able to resolve this through the SalesForce help desk.

 

Our implementation of SalesForce incorporates a number of customizations including custom fields on the Opportunities object to record revenue by revenue stream (e.g. license revenue, services revenue, maintenance revenue, etc.). Our commission structure is complex.  On a high level, it varies by team member and revenue stream, with multiple staff receiving commission when an Opportunity is closed-won.

 

We are issuing this invitation for an expression of interest for SalesForce consulting work to include:

·         From our documented business requirements for commissions, prepare a solution design, and on approval by UNIT4 Agresso, implement the solution in SalesForce, provide end-user documentation, and provide required security setup.

·         Resolve SalesForce-Outlook integration issues (currently not working)

 

Agresso plans to issue a Request for Proposal by March 26.  The project is scheduled to begin early on the week of March 29 and be fully completed by April 15, 2010. Completing this project on time is essential.

Looking for a freelance or full-time SA in Philadelphia, Boston, New York and/or DC to join our team (or willing to travel part-time).  Must have 3+ years experience in integration and development on force.com for mid to large sized engagements.  Ideal candidate should be able to:

 

1. Assess current system architecture and propose recommended architecture

2. Evaluate and estimate effort required to build interfaces using a varieties of toolsets

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us with some immediate projects, as well as build a relationship for ongoing support and development. We use Salesforce for ~80% of our business operations, and will need continual support in the coming months.

 

We currently have a few projects needing immediate attention including:

  • Partner Portal Implementation
  • Cleaning up profiles and roles
  • Updating and Configuring existing Adobe Flex within Salesforce
  • Updating fields so they are shown on multiple objects
  • Setting up validation rules and requirements (not just basic validation rules- we need some coding)
  • Updates to an existing page layout (fields, custom buttons, custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, etc)

Looking to create some dashboards for Executive Level and Sales Users.

I am a new customer to Salesforce.com and I need some help customizing and developing this platform for my company. We currently have the Professional Edition and we have 4 users. 

 

Our business is in the financial services and we are in need of the following:

 

1. Help with building custom objects

2. Linking objects

3. creating relationships

4. Custom lists

 

Our needs are probably pretty basic right now but as we start using salesforce.com I am sure we will need to add additional fucntionality in the very near future.

This position is for an experienced CRM Developer/Architect. Reporting directly to the Director of Applications Development, the candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering CRM development projects. The candidate will be responsible for the application development and support of all aspects of the CRM portfolio including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success/Services. The candidate will be responsible for business requirements, and will work closely with the Business Engagement Analyst and application teams for project delivery.

Primary responsibilities include:

 Project Management: plan and manage CRM Portfolio development projects and provide continuous updates to customers on project status and milestones.
 Development Cycle: You will be responsible for any or all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - from conceptual phase through to implementation. You will be part of a team that supports post-implementation and ensures global SLAs are achieved.
 Support: The candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving existing systems that are used in production. Your role will be to help a motivated, dynamic and skilled team deliver best of class CRM Portfolio applications and tools that meet the needs of our user community.

This candidate will require a thorough understanding of CRM applications including SalesForce.com out-of-the box functionality and configuration. In addition to configuration, there will be a significant amount of development using the CRM SDK. The customizations will include new entities, customized screens, reporting and integration.

The candidate will be responsible for creating & delivering in a timely and accurate fashion CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, VisualForce platform, Java, J2EE, J2ME, JSP, Servlets, Struts, JavaScript, and XML.


Primary skills:

• Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
• Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end to end implementation experience.
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force [dot] com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
• Strong with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification
• Four-year university degree in Computer Science
• SFDC Level II and Level III certified.
• 12-15 years work experience.
• 5-6 years of managing a development team


Knowledge & Experience
• 5 years direct experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM applications.
• 3-5 years of developing customizations for SFDC using the CRM SDK
• Proven experience in SFDC implementations
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions. Specific knowledge of CRM SaaS and Salesforce.com highly valued.
• Direct, hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
