I am trying to add case timer on my cases but it is not visible. I tried almost everything.

Things I have already done:

-Enabled Entitle management

- Added Timeline (minutes) to page layout

-Added case milestone related list to cases

-Created new milestones from setup

-Created Entitlement processes of all three kind (kept one active at a time)

-when I click on pagelayout, timeline object appears there

-I have all related help section

Can any one help me to get it on my cases? I would appreciate if anyone can provide me steps from start to do this.

I am trying in Develope Org, let me know if any other edition is needed.

Any help would be appreciated.

How many Parent objects can have for there child object. ( how many parent objects we can create for there child object in salesforce.com )

HELP!!!  I am not sure if this can be done...but sure hoping so.

When clients come to my website and fill out my web to lead form it creates a lead in SalesForce and then directs them to anther page with a longer application.  On this second page, I have another Web to Lead form put together to capture this additional data.  When the client fills out this second web to lead form, will this information be captured in the correct lead inside SalesForce that was originally inputed on page one? or will it create a new lead? 

Any help is very much appreciated.

We are currently using web to lead functionality... but we are receiving bunch of error emails.. I could not find the reason..

This is the email i got if i sue web to lead...

Alert: Salesforce.com experienced the following problem creating the lead below:

Reason: Lead can only be assigned TO and FROM a Queue
   Lead Capture Page: Not available.

To incorporate this lead into salesforce.com you can key in the data above.
