I tried to talk to Salesdforce support and the guy said they couldn't help with Visualforce email templates.
My issue is the map is not showing up or the directions to one of our offices. All the other offices work just fine it's just this office that's giving me trouble. The directiions and map ID are both Activity Custom Fields.
When merged the map looks like a broken link. For some reason it has extra info in the middle, unlike the other offices.
I got the Map ID from a .png file that I uploaded. I've tried .jpg, different sizes, you name it. Not sure what the deal is! Can anyone help?
