We are firing a visualforce template via workflow rule, work flow rule is on Opportunity and it is coming 100% empty in some cases and in some cases it's working fine. When we test the template manually it's working fine. Is there any limitation for visualforce template or what might be the issue?

We are using visualforce email template in workflow rule and it is coming 100% empty for some email and is working fine for other email alerts. When we test this manually it is working fine in Sandbox as well as production. Is it related to Email settings that they are not able to receive html content or it is from salesforce side(Workflow and template issue).

I want to know the user's access on level of records in batch class. I am passing user id in batch class query.
we want to query on lead in batch class according to a particuler user sharing setting but as the the batch class run on system context it brings records globally, we want to query on lead in batch class based on the user who submitted the job and for a user who does not have all permisions on lead,lead is private for him.

chatter answer tab not visible in communities although i have added chatter answers tab while customizing community.

is there any way we can solve this issue?

Is there any way we can see ideas and chatter answers in communities when we login in communities as a Partner/customer portal user?when we click on communities,idea ,report tab etc. it is showing insufficient priveleges.
