Hi all
Customer provided the .CER public certificate from Global Sign 

And I am trying to import into Salesforce via Setup -> Certificate Key Management -> "Import from keystore" without success, the weird behavior is that show  NO error ,
I enter the JKS file (imported using keytool , please check command bellow) and the password and when I clicked into Save button the screen return to the previous window with NO certificate imported

 keytool -importcert -file certificate.cer -keystore keystore.jks -alias "Alias"

Any help will be very appreciate

The Connector is working fine on Prod but not in Sandbox the only diference into environments is Sandbox using SHA-256 and production not 

Any advices to fix it ?
Hi all , I am working with partner communities and I would like to create communites based on my products, what is the best approach ? Create several communities (one for each product line) or create one single community and customize all the page layouts? Anyone have experience on that

On this saturday (04/05/2019) the Summer 19' has arrived.
For us arrived with issues...

After the new release enters, in all our Components, related with "User" we receive this error:
Failed to save TestUserError_Deletar.cmp: Invalid definition for null:TestUserErrorController: Field__c, ManagerId FROM User WHERE Id =:UserInfo.getUserId() ^ ERROR at Row:1:Column:74 No such column 'ManagerId' on entity 'User'. 

We try security configuration, try without sharing class.
Only works when we use only custom fields in the query.

Any one face this error?

Hi, I have a component that is not responsive to zoom. When the page zoom is higher than 100% the component breaks and I'm not able to find the minimize button and other parts of the component disappear.
This component is based on the docked composer component ( https://www.lightningdesignsystem.com/components/docked-composer/ ) which I found out is not responsive in the following link https://www.lightningdesignsystem.com/components/overview/
 
Does anybody know how to make this component responsive?
 
I can send more information in case my question is not clear enough.

Hello!

I'm trying to connect to SandBox using IBM SalesForce Pack 1.5 for IBM DataStage, but I'm facing the error message below:

IMPORT ERROR com.ibm.is.dmdi.shared.exception.ImportException: Login failed: Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out. URL: https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/29.0 login name: adm_datastage@ultragaz.com.br.parcial

Unlike this, in the SalesForce Production Environment, I can connect properly with the same connector using the same datastage job only changing the credentials.

This issue started since the SHA-256 algoritm was applied in SandBox Environment. So, this SHA-256 certificate was applied and checked by IBM Analysts, but it took no effect.

Has anyone faced the same problem?
