I know little bit of sales cloud(sales app if I am not wrong).
But no idea on service cloud.

Please let me know from real time perspective the following
a) what is service cloud, which salesforce objects involved?
b) How to use service cloud
?c) difference between sales cloud and service cloud.​

Hi there, I 'm trying to complete the "Automating Processes with the Lightning Process Builder" challenge in TrailHead but I get the following error :
