I need a test class for the below trigger class having all the trigger events which inturn used in many classes and methods.

Hi All,
I created a Case Team by adding some of the Case Roles and adding the same to the Case Team. I went to the Page Layout in the Cases and added the related list for CASE TEAM to the layout. After that when I went to the cases to check for the automatic inclusion of the Case Team in the details of the case, I'm unable to see the Case Team. My expectation is to get the case team below all the existing cases & any case created.
