How to compare Field Level Security for 2 or more profiles.

Requirement: I need to compare field level security for profiles. Is there any tool on app-exchange to achieve this requirement.if not then please suggest any alternative solution .
I tried with Profile Comparator for salesforce and PermComparator,but no fls comparing in this tools.Please provide any alternative way.

I would like to ask if there are any tools or techniques that i can use for comparing profile's 

field level security to all objects. or there's no available option but to compare it manually..

Does anyone know how i can compare the difference  between profiles, besides using eclipse. I am trying to use permission sets and eliminate some profiles. I find eclipse a little hard to depict, any other ideas?
