Status field showing all values

I dont know what is wrong.

-I created theSupport Process, and select only 7 values.
-Assigned the support process to the record type.
 

But when create a new case with that recordtype all the values are showed.

Thoughts?

Mass quick action not show on list view mobile

I added a Mass Quick action: Update Record on a Custom Object and added to list view but only appear on Browser but not on Mobile App, I need enabled something?
