Hello:  Does anyone have a template that outlines the Functional and non fucnctional requirements needed to integrate Salesforce into some of our existing systems.  We'd like to use the template as a starting point to discuss what is needed from the UI perspective and what each request should do or how it should operate.  The template would help when we meet with our IT team and provide them a more strategic approach to our integration.  Any info, best practices and examples would be helpful.  Thank You.
