Hi All, We have installed the Salesforce outlook connector for our users. Outlook Connector provides a feature to create Leads from the connector Side Panel. Is there a way we can customize the Salesforce fields which appear on the Side Panel? We need to ensure we ask the users to enter the country field before entering leads and even need to show the Custom Fields. Appreciate any help on this, as there are very little posts on the web highlight the New Lead feature from outlook connector. Thanks in advance.
Need to add filter on Contact Name Lookup field on Quote to display only those Contacts linked to the Account. At present, Contact lookup on Quote shows all the Contacts. I tried to add Lookup Filter on Contact Name field but not able to add desired filter. Please suggest.
