Can you redo a trailhead to try to increase points?

On my profile it says 0 points and Newbie. I have 6800 Trailhead points. What is the difference? Also any tips on how to earn more community badages?

I have completed trails 3 weeks back, still i didnt receive my sweatshirt. Let me know when i will receive it.
