Hi, anyone here tried implementing Approval Process on Email Messages (Object) for Case feed? This is on lightning experience.

Issue: "Submit for Approval" button only appears to Admin Profiles.

1. I already checked the layouts to make sure that I used the same Email button for Admin and Custom Profile(Agent)
2. I already Enabled Case feed tracking and Email to Case
3. I already set the users as initial submitters (for Approval Process)
4. I already customized the Entry Criteria, Using Current User ID
