How do I create a new Dev Org?

I've been working on the "shared settings" challenge all day.  It seems that the only way to get around it is to start again with a new Dev Org.  I thought I had created one, but it had the old attempt in it.

Can someone tell me the steps to create a new Dev Org for my Trailhead account?
