Hello,

           I am working as Salesforce administrator from the past 8+ months. I have total IT experience of 4 years which includes technical support to various technologies. I wanted to know the pay scale offered for SFDC admin in the US or UK. My daily job resposibilities include

-User administration of 4000+ users,

-Creation of reports and dashboards,

-Resolving queries related to account, lead and opportutnity assignments,

-Data clean up,

-Mass data export and import using data loader, etc.

I am currently located in India but looking forward to come to US or UK for work.

 Please advice.

Also suggest if I should go for the SFDC Administrator certification. Also what kind of questions are asked in the interview with respect to SFDC admin job.  Any other tips are appreciated.

This role offers a CRM Business Analyst with experience of Cloud Computing the chance to move into a Salesforce.com role. If you have SugarCRM, RightNow or other Cloud Computing skills and would be interested in cross training to Salesforce.com then this is the role for you.

5) Force.com Developer - Permanent - Work from home - £50-60k plus shares in this growing Force.com Apps provider.

This person will have responsibility of the successful deployment of Salesforce.com releases, ongoing patch releases and maintenance updates to sandbox and production systems that service the business operations at Salesforce.com. Ideally certified to ADM301 level this is a 3 month contract that will roll on if successful.
