Hi, i am doing a rest service where a thrid party system so they can access every day and get an xml with some information. My question is this: Is there a way in which I can just give them a permanent token(sessionId) which they can use to access? or they will have to add extra code in their side to make the log in with some credentials and then get the sessionID(like oauth2.0)? I have a VF page called "“Candidate_SpeculativeCVSend”" and want to make it available for global actions, but for some reason it doesn't appear under selection option (see attached picture).

Strangely other VF pages are available but the above. Can someone assist on what could be the reason for the above issue? Is is this something related to setting on VF page etc?
