I am trying to pass challenge 3 in Superbadge Reports & Dashboards Specialist, but getting this message:

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. I can't pass the Approval Process challenge because "No approval chatter post is created when a case is submitted for approval." I have verified that approvals are enabled in Chatter Settings, feed tracking is enabled for the 'Case' object, and the approval process has been created for the 'Case' object. There is no entry criteria and the name for the approval process is 'Case Escalation'. Really not sure what I'm missing here and can't find any solutions in the lesson itself or the SF kcs articles. Thanks so much in advance. I bet it's an obvious solution, but this has me so stumped!
Would like to learn how to generate escalation rule that triggers 30 minutes after the case is opened.  Need some guidance.  Is there a walk through or a sample example that I can look at and then learn?
