Hi There, I completed the install of the Data.com Assessment but the system still isn't recognizing it.  I have tried both the incognitio aspect and have tried checking against both the traoilhead and standard system login credentials and I still get the error that the install hasn't taken place.  How can I escalate this as it will not let me move on to the next module until it captures that I have installed the app?  Is there an alias we can submit these queries to?
