Hi,

I am getting "Failed to process API response" on the browser console immidiately after page refresh. No Open CTI function were used. I only added
https://<my instance>.my.salesforce.com/support/api/40.0/interaction.js to the html code.
It was working fine two months ago. Any ideas?

Hi,
SalesForce call center has problem to connect to our SoftPhone URL.

I am getting the following error on the Chrome development console:

resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

The https URL to the SoftPhone I am providing is accessable from any external machine I have tried, except SalesForce CallCenter.
Any ideas?
