I have submitted Case 00009582 on 20 Aug 2018. Can you please provide an update for this case ?

We are trying to install trail tracker managed package to our salesforce org.
Installation success. When we wants to sync the data from trailhead activity into Salesforce Org, the job is failed and the error message that we got is as below
 
Error Message : trailheadapp:Too many query rows: 50001
 
I understand from FAQ that "Trail Tracker is limited to fifty-thousand active users. If you receive an error message on your daily sync: 'trailheadapp:Too many query rows: 50001' then you may have too many active users of whichever license type you've selected on the Trailhead Tracker setup page."
 
I would like to hear from you if there is any possible solution/workaround to overcome this.
