SSL error: Untrusted certificate authority : Salesforce Mobile App unable to connect to customer org

Hi
When I open mobile apps Salesforce on my mobile device, I obtain a screen to log on. I click on "Use a custom domain", I type the name of my domain, I obtain a screen with my SSO (single sign on). When I click on the SSO to log on, I obtain a white screen. Message from the bottom of the screen : "SSL error: Untrusted certificate authority".

How I can fin a solution ?
