Our users are double entering information that could be pulled through automatically, can we create some form of rule that if a Lead is made in the Account, it pulls through the Account Name to the Lead Name?

When we convert a lead we bring over some duplicate information such as Custom Fields, one example is Lead Source - which we capture at both a Lead and Opportunity Level.

Is it possible to bring this field across automatically when a user converts the lead so they don't have to manually do it each time?

So I have 5 checkboxes that I want to be ticked if a user advances to certain stages - what formula do I need? More info below

Checkbox 4
Checkbox 5

If anyone advances to the below stages I want to make sure they can't if any of the above is unticked
