CRM Specialist:

The CRM Specialist will serve as the primary contact within Corporate Software & Services for issues related to its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce.com). Incumbent will act as an internal champion of the tool and will encourage adoption and usage through training, support and customizations. Candidate will serve as primary contact for user support/requests. Create reports, dashboards, email templates, etc. Will respond to all user inquiries regarding the application. Proactively work with users to understand needs and create new user accounts and manage licenses. 

Will provide initial training for new users as well as ongoing training for existing users, communicate and enforce data standards, and understand and communicate marketing and sales processes.

Will customize the application to meet changing business needs.  Assist with data mapping when introducing acquired companies, recommend new processes and update the application when new CS&S products are introduced/other changes occur.

Will stay abreast of CRM and related technologies to ensure that we are taking advantage of all relevant features.  Evaluate new features and related application for inclusion in CS&S’s process.  Serve as liaison between users and developers.

Will maintain data integrity, and add new accounts from new data sources, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3-5 years direct experience with CRM solution
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Drive to meet deadlines, multi-tasking
