Is there any easy way to manage an import so that if an Account already exists you do not overwrite certain fields such as corporate address with the latest important file but if the account DOES NOT exist all the address info gets imported.
I would like to import contacts and leads but have the issue of how to associate (or check) to see if a closely matched account already exists. For example, importing a contact called John Blair at "Company X" versus John Blair at "Company X Inc." I don't want to have two accounts since it is the same account but the second contact has "Inc." in their account name.
