Why am I not getting the Follow icon in the Feed?

When I am trying to follow a dashboard in chatter, I'm not able to find any Follow icon.
Is there any alternate way to follow a dashboard, Or how can I find the Follow + icon in the Feed.

How to group the columns in a report?

I'm new to Force.com, can someone please help me out, to group a column or a row by some condition.
for example : 
group column by Rating
group row by Lead Source.
