Trying to sign in and this is the message displayed:

"We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.
1800 : There was a problem in setting up your remote access"

Can someone please help resolve this issue so that it doesn't ever prevent me from accessing Salesforce in the future?

Thanks.

One of my users keeps receiving this error when attempting to log in via our My Domain site:

"We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.

You didn't complete the approval process before it expired. Please try again."

The oauth error code in URL is 1800 and TIMO = 1.

- We only have Salesforce sign on enabled
- When I reset his pw, he is able to get in.

This has happened twice in the last week, and it's unacceptable for him to continue to change his pw to access system.

Thank you.
