Using the deployment.js solution for the salesforce livechat I faced an issue that i am not able to change customDetails for the livechat after the page was rendered

is it a possibility to avoid the error

"You cannot set custom Details after page initialization."

and add the details before the chat will open ?

we faced an issue that we need to control if the liveagent is online or offline without setting up the HTML button. Is it possible to retrieve the information about agent status after we do liveagent.init() without passing the html buttons that will start the chat later?

is it somehow possible to retrieve the live chat agent working hours using livechat API?So that if there are no agents available i can get the time range when they will be available!
