Currently, I have a VF page with embeded Flow on Case Layout. The VF loads automatically when Case page loads, which slows down the loading of the Case page.

Is it possible to load the VF page manually through a custom butotn or any other way or to manually load the embeded flow if that will reduce the loading time of the Case page.

I am looking for  suggestion to be able to create a new case comment from within the case detial page based on certain criteria (etiher a custom drop down list, exisitng drop down list, custom button, etc). For example, a custom button to create a new private comment with body containing predefined information for 'n' different choices made from a dropdown list.  

One suggestion was to use a flow and gather the case.id from the user but I would like this to be done automatically when your are viewing the case detail page.
