The screenshots that are in the TrailHead training different than what I see in my SalesForce account.  What do I need to do to get them the same?

I just started the Trailhead Salesforce Platform Basics.  I get to  Build App and can't find it.  I have an account.  Everytime I go to Get started it asks me to sign up again.  HELP!
