Hi
When I open mobile apps Salesforce on my mobile device, I obtain a screen to log on. I click on "Use a custom domain", I type the name of my domain, I obtain a screen with my SSO (single sign on). When I click on the SSO to log on, I obtain a white screen. Message from the bottom of the screen : "SSL error: Untrusted certificate authority".

How I can fin a solution ?

A few users that are trying to use the salesforce1 mobile app are having issues loading data or loging in when they try to it will either show a loading screen forever or show an ssl unkown error toast message.
any ideas?
