Responsibilities
·100% hands-on support of a large (2300+ user) salesforce.com implementation
·Salesforce.com application configuration
·Administration of Salesforce.com users and security
·Perform data loads using third-party tools (i.e., Scribe, Bluewolf DRE, Dataloader)
·Research integration issues and liaise with legacy system development staff
·Support companion applications (i.e., Outlook Edition, Excel Connector)
·Research and development of new Salesforce.com applications to aid organization
·Work closely and communicate clearly with a group of people with varied skill-sets
·Produce and improve overall documentation related to the implementation's configuration
Qualifications
·2+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
·Experience with database software / CRM solutions – ACT, Salesforce.com
·Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com configuration
·Good service attitude to end-users
·Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
·Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·Work well independently or on a team
·Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
·Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
·Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
·Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology

Qualifications
